Major works:

L. Vinciguerra's philosophical research deals with the constitution of the theories of meaning and meaning (its origin, its transmission, its modifications). He worked mainly on imagination and memory through notions such as trace, image and sign, which he first studied in the great systems of classical rationalism, especially in Spinoza, until 'to its contemporary extensions, especially in Peirce's pragmatist thought. He develops an anthropological reflection on the questioning of the substantial individual and the dualistic paradigm which received its first criticism with authors like Spinoza and Hume, to be resumed in another way in the twentieth century by Peirce, Merleau-Ponty, Foucault, Deleuze.
