The expiration date of the above mentioned membership card shows that Aleksey Nikolayevich Derevitsky participated in the work of the last thirteenth session of the State Council. The exact dates of the work of Aleksey Nikolayevich Derevitsky in this body of the government authority were determined in the doctoral dissertation of A.&amp;nbsp;P.&amp;nbsp;Borodin (2000). The study of the dissertation context of Aleksey Nikolayevich Derevitsky&amp;#39;s entry into the State Council reveals that he was promoted under the imperial quota from the post of the Trustee of Orenburg educational district with the purpose of strengthening the position of right-wing forces in this Council.
