Laughlin, the author of &amp;ldquo;A Different Universe&amp;rdquo;. Taking this criticism into account, the author of this article sets out to find out what factors must be considered in the construction of a model of the Universe so that such a model does not turn out to be deliberately false. The argumentation is given, according to which it is necessary to take into account the experimentally observed redshift effect (Hubble&amp;#39;s law), the system of inertial, on a global scale, coordinate systems, and the presence of gravitational and inertial forces. It is important that the description of the temporal evolution of any system requires taking into account the dual structure of time, the alternate change of its course in opposite directions.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Modern orthodox cosmology is subject to serious criticism from a number of prominent physicists and astrophysicists, among whom is, in particular, the Nobel Prize Laureate R.
