The author argues that the effect of the dynamic paradox contributes to a deeper understanding of the interaction of internal and external elements of the System as a whole in the law of organic creativity. The article presents the main provisions of the concept of &amp;quot;organic creativity&amp;quot; by K.S.&amp;nbsp;Stanislavsky in a crisis situation of systemic disintegration of the &amp;quot;organic whole&amp;quot;. The necessity of a new understanding of the dynamic process of the System development in its initial ontological attitudes to internal self-development and self-organization of organic creativity is actualized.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of this article is to formulate the problem of the dynamic paradox in the Stanislavsky system at the level of the basic concept of its scientific and descriptive formalization.
