It is noted that the complex of ethical problems accompanying modern genetic developments has been formed within the framework of biomedical ethics, and fully preserves not only its advantages, but also disadvantages. The most unpleasant of them is the creation of artificial obstacles to the development of science. The most significant of these at the current stage is the creation of artificial obstacles to the development of science (the Henrietta Lacks case). The article notes that until now, the main task of ethical expertise was considered to be the protection of the patient&amp;#39;s rights (humans, laboratory animals, etc.), but today in order to ensure optimal conditions for biomedical research aimed, ultimately, at achieving the universal human good, it is necessary to more accurately determine the limits of permissible intervention in the autonomy of the individual.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article analyzes the influence of the so-called &amp;quot;humanitarian&amp;quot; expertise on research conducted in the field of biology of individual development.
