No research is carried out in utter solitude. But there are special cases when gratitude is indispensable.

I am very grateful to my colleagues and friends, well-known and novice participants in insurance studies: Marina I.&amp;nbsp;Shcherbakova, who generously provided transliterated and textually verified copies of manuscripts of N.N.&amp;nbsp;Strakhov&amp;#39;s letters, and Larisa E.&amp;nbsp;Kuskova, who took an active part in finding, deciphering and transliterating manuscripts of A.G.&amp;nbsp;Dostoevskaya&amp;rsquo;s letters.

The development of the concept of the &amp;ldquo;archive of the epoch&amp;rdquo; was undertaken in a significant way by Tatiana G.&amp;nbsp;Shchedrina; the conceptualization of the autobiographical narrative in relation to historical and philosophical research is carried out by Irina O.&amp;nbsp;Shchedrina. In conversations with them, the structure and semantic fields of the article were clarified.</p></ack><ref-list><title>Список литературы</title><ref id="B1"><mixed-citation>Grot,&amp;nbsp;N.&amp;nbsp;Ya.
