The speaking author has been an integral part of the cultural landscape since Homeric times and up to the present time of the resurgent oral tradition. At the same time, the living author&amp;#39;s voice as a cultural phenomenon, located far beyond the dispositions of author-scriptwriter, language-writing-text, was often in the &amp;quot;blind zone&amp;quot; of reflections about the author. This article attempts to substantiate and describe the unlimited author&amp;#39;s activity that penetrates into the text and emanates from it in the form of a sounding author&amp;#39;s word. The conclusion is made about the possibility of correcting the stable monopoly of textual interpretations of the author&amp;#39;s figure: inattention to the speaker, associated with total skepticism towards the entire life, biographical, and anthropological content of the author&amp;#39;s figure, must be overcome.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article examines the problem of the author&amp;rsquo;s place in the eventfulness of the author-text-performance relationship.
