This paper explores the practices of reactualizing the artistic heritage of the Crimean Karaites (a small indigenous people of Crimea) in the 21st century, identifying the forms and directions of reactualization, and assessing the possibility of attracting a new audience to the artistic heritage of the people and integrating it into the modern context. The Crimean Karaites have a rich artistic culture that manifests itself in decorative and applied arts and architecture. However, their traditional forms have been lost in their everyday life. Art objects are preserved in places where the people live in Crimea and in specialized museums. There are also amateur museums at national and cultural autonomies. Karaite exhibits are used in various types of exhibitions (general and thematic, traditional and virtual). Museum institutions often present reenactments. Museum institutions often present reconstructions of interiors, which serve as the basis for master classes, excursions, conferences, and comprehensive (including architecture) tours. State policies and activities at various local levels, such as thematic years, festivals, contests, reviews-competitions, quests, etc., contribute to the study and access to the people&amp;#39;s artistic heritage. The existing problems with insufficient information, its reliability, and accessibility for people of different categories can be addressed through the use of multimedia projects.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In order to preserve ethnic identity and culture, it is important to rethink and adapt the artistic heritage of a people in a new context.
