Alternative directions of scientific analysis are allocated, where the mind is seen as the processes and functions that are: a) localized in the brain; b) located between the subjects and objects of the world, providing orientation in the world.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Ilyenkov’s attitude to external sources (with respect to the subject) of generation of ideal phenomena are considered in the context of the national psychology.
