The author provides the definition of the concept “professional easeful statement” and discusses the specific character of easeful speech used in professional sphere. Besides, the author describes the situations of using the given speech, depending on the orientation of branches of production (material, spiritual, the service industry). Easeful speech is compared to business communication. The author determines the differences between easeful communication and business communication. Some psychological and linguistic characteristics of the speech such as spontaneity, unpreparedness, ingenuousness and others come to light. The article provides the signs of easeful utterances as well as their classification of genre varieties in professional sphere. In the final part of the article, the author analyzes the samples of easeful utterances in dialogical and monological varieties, and characterizes their speech features and extralinguistic factors.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents some results of the study of easeful communication.
