В статье обосновывается необходимость и значимость анализа феномена фэнтези, поскольку он имеет глубокую историческую основу и подтекст, а также оказывает колоссальное влияние на современного индивида и общество в целом. Структура воздействия мифологии на человека и трансляцию культуры, по мнению автора, тесно связана с природой творчества и социальной адаптацией, что продемонстрировано на примерах античных и скандинавских мифов. Показывается, что развитие и становление фэнтези как части культуры проходит под эгидой смысловых каркасов именно этих исторических явлений и процессов, но не ограничивается ими, впитывая в себя открытую заново романтику Средних веков и воздействие предшествующего жанра фантастики. Дух времени требует ревизии аксиологического базиса современного человека, а в качестве фундамента современности выступает творческий функционал смыслов прошлого. Это также позволяет говорить о тесной связи фэнтези с процессами солидаризации индивидов, их становлением в качестве социальных субъектов. Автор приходит к выводу, что фэнтези – новый ответ, утешение и благо, стоящее на мифе, сказке и романтике средневековья.
Worldview Status of Fantasy: Historical and Philosophical Aspect The author examines the influence of the phenomenon of fantasy on individuals and society through the lens of its historical emergence and development. The author argues for the necessity and importance of analyzing this phenomenon, as it has deep historical roots and context, exerting a profound impact on contemporary individuals and society as a whole. The structure of mythology's influence on people and the transmission of culture is closely linked, according to the author, with the nature of creativity and social adaptation, as demonstrated by examples from both ancient and Norse myths. The author shows that the development and formation of fantasy as a part of culture occurs under the framework of these historical events and processes, though it is not limited to them. Fantasy absorbs the rediscovered romance of the Middle Ages and the influence of the preceding genre of science fiction. The spirit of the times demands a revision of the axiological foundation of modern humanity, with the creative functionality of past meanings serving as a foundation. This also allows for a discussion of the close connection between fantasy and the processes of individual development and solidarity, as well as the formation of individuals as subjects. The author concludes that fantasy is a new response, a comfort, and a benefit rooted in myth, fairy tales, and medieval romance.
