Alexander Blok: translations from the language of heaven (about the problem of the reliability of translations of symbolist poetry)
The article deals with the problem of the gap between the reader's impression of the original poems of Alexander Blok and the translations – mainly in English – of these poems. In general, the problem of translation reliability is considered as an attempt to convey the system of national-individual world perception through a poetic-verbal structure.
