Business training as a philosophical and anthropological phenomenon
 

The article raises the question of the anthropological foundations of the practical effect of the use of business training in the modern business community. The directions of the training impact on various aspects and personality traits are analyzed in relation to the most commonly used classification of values formed in business trainings that determine the formation of the mission of business organizations.
