The phenomenon of the ecological-evolutionary continuum
in the context of the civilizational choice of modern Russia
Modern Russia faces a number of fundamental challenges generated by the need for sustainable development, ecological balance and biodiversity conservation. This creates the need to create a new concept that integrates modern approaches to sustainable development, environmental protection and social adaptation of the population. This article proposes the concept of an ecological-evolutionary continuum, which describes the complex process of interaction between man and nature through the prism of the evolution of social institutions and cultural norms.
